| The petrochemical industry is an industry with both complexity and high risk,it has gradually changed from the original extensive management mode to the refined management.At present,it has experienced production bottlenecks and the state attaches great importance to the energy conservation and environmental protection issues.These further promote the optimal management of petrochemical projects.The maintenance of the petrochemical company has the characteristics of large construction volume and long construction period.And there easy to be so many kinds of problems during the maintenance.Based on this,this article conducted a case study through the progress management of the distillation equipment of Dalian Petrochemical Company.The purpose of this study is to find out the main problems in the process of Dalian Petrochemical overhaul and solve it through scientific and reasonable strategies.This paper first reviews the related research on project schedule management at home and abroad,and describes the basic situation of Dalian Petrochemical Company distillation equipment shutdown inspection project,including the project organization of Dalian Petrochemical Maintenance,the background of the distillation equipment shutdown inspection project and the content of maintenance and basics.On the basis of the description of the case,analyze the typical problems and problems caused by the Dalian Petrochemical Company’s distillation equipment shutdown inspection project.Secondly,this article summarizes the project schedule and control,project schedule preparation,project schedule and change control theory,and lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of this study.At the same time,this study analyzes the schedule of the Dalian Petrochemical Company’s distillation unit shutdown inspection project,including project decomposition and time estimation,key node analysis and network planning optimization,and carries out the schedule dynamic monitoring and control and project of the company’s distillation unit shutdown inspection project.Content change analysis.Through analysis,it was found that the progress management of the distillation equipment of Dalian Petrochemical Company had problems such as unreasonable schedule,unscientific progress monitoring and irregular project change management.Through the analysis of the shutdown equipment of the Dalian Petrochemical Company’s distillation unit,in order to ensure the further implementation of the distillation unit shutdown inspection project,this study from the aspects of improving the planning method,strengthening the progress monitoring,rationally disposing the operation changes and improving the project schedule management system and guarantee system.Suggest an improvement strategy.This study hopes to use the basic theories of project planning,schedule control,change control,and resource balance,comprehensively weigh various factors affecting the progress of maintenance,analyze the causes,and propose reasonable and feasible solutions and suggestions.In order to solve the problem of the management of the shutdown of the distillation plant of Dalian Petrochemical Company,it can also provide experience and reference for other enterprises of the same type in the petrochemical industry. |
