Teaching Chinese as a Second language is different from Chinese language teaching in China.The Chinese teachers should not only improve students' Chinese language proficiency,but also undertake the important mission of spreading Chinese culture.However,due to the shackles of cross-cultural teaching,there is a disconnection between language teaching and cultural teaching in the current Teaching Chinese as a Second language.This paper takes Chinese pasta culture as the research window of Chinese cultural teaching in Thailand,tries to show the necessity and complexity of paying attention to cultural teaching at present,and analyzes the dilemma faced by cultural teaching in Chinese teaching at present.In view of this dilemma,this paper takes Chinese pasta culture as the entry point,integrates the existing Chinese teaching resources,and reflects on the design ideas of cultural teaching,so as to propose a teaching design more in line with the actual teaching.At the same time draw the conclusion: should improve teachers' cultural quality,the reasonable arrangement of teaching content,using of diversified teaching methods,etc.,to improve the teaching status quo,on the basis of teaching planning,show the ideal diet culture teaching activity design,and applied to the practice of teaching,then summarizes the reflection is not enough,in order to provide the reference for the Chinese as a foreign language teachers.Therefore,the text of this paper is divided into six parts: The introduction part discusses the reasons for the topic selection and the research significance of this paper,and carries out a literature review based on the current academic research status,introduces the research content and research methods of this paper.The first chapter introduces the position of Chinese pasta culture in Chinese traditional culture in detail,as well as the development process of its origin,materials,processing and cooking,and demonstrates the extensive and profound of Chinese pasta culture from two dimensions of time and space with specific cases.The second chapter starts from the teaching requirements of Chinese language syllabus and relevant standards in China,comprehensively sorts out the Chinese language teaching materials in Thailand,and clarifies the distribution of the teaching contents of pasta culture.Based on the present daily presentation of Thai Chinese language teaching.The third chapter,based on the present daily presentation of Thai Chinese teaching,describes the current situation of pasta culture teaching in Thai Chinese teaching from the aspects of students' learning and cognition and teachers' teaching through questionnaire survey and interview,and analyzes and summarizes.The fourth chapter summarizes the current constraints and shackles faced by the teaching of pasta culture in the teaching of Chinese language in Thailand.In view of the problems exposed by the teaching of pasta culture in the teaching of Chinese language,itreflects on the current cultural teaching ideas and puts forward the improvement path for the teaching of pasta culture in the future.And on the basis of the first few chapters of the content of the teaching design,after the actual teaching of teaching reflection.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.
