Short arc milling processing technology can efficiently process conductive metal materials such as high strength,high hardness and high wear resistance.It is currently used in aerospace,petrochemical industry,mining machinery and other fields.At this stage,the research on this technology is still in the process of continuous exploration.As the core equipment in this machining system,the short arc milling pulse power supply has its own circuit characteristics and its discharge characteristics in the machining gap will directly affect the machining effect of the workpiece.Therefore,this subject describes the equivalent physical model of the short arc milling machining gap,which is helpful for a deep understanding of the short arc milling machining mechanism;Improve workpiece processing efficiency.Observe the processing experiment phenomena,collect and analyze the machining gap discharge waveforms,and obtain that the volt-ampere characteristic of the machining gap is nonlinear;according to different discharge phenomena and their respective discharge waveforms,the discharge state of the short arc milling machining gap is divided into open circuit and short arc Three states of machining and short circuit;by comparing the machining effect of the workpiece in the three discharge states,the rule of the influence of different discharge states on the machining effect of the workpiece is obtained.According to the discharge state classification results,using Pico-Scope,Excel,MATLAB and other related software,the single-cycle averaging processing of the machining gap discharge waveform in the normal discharge state of short arc milling and generating the Figure waveform;analyze the machining gap discharge process,extract The waveform data establishes an equivalent load model that can describe the machining gap in the normal discharge state of the short arc;analyzes the voltage and current vector relationship of the equivalent load model and finds that its overall performance is capacitive resistance;establishes an equivalent load model simulation circuit And generate simulation waveforms,and verify the correctness of the established equivalent load model by comparing the coincidence of the simulation waveform with the average single-cycle waveform,and the calculation results of the corresponding simulation data and detection data at different time points in the discharge period.Equivalently simplify the discharge loop of the machining system,establish its Sdomain model,find the transfer function,characteristic equation,and Rolls array of the system,and prove the stability and reliability of the discharge loop system according to the Rolls criterion;establish a power supply pair The simulation circuit of the discharge circuit of the equivalent load model,through the simulation exploration experiment,obtains the influence rule of the energy storage element of the power supply and the output electrical parameters on the discharge of the machining gap.According to the influence of the power supply on the discharge gap of the machining gap,the design requirements of the short-arc milling high-energy output pulse power supply were determined;the power supply circuit was determined to be a BUCK type voltage and current dual feedback inverter two-stage modulation structure,and circuit components and modules at various levels were designed;The SIMULINK module was used to build a power supply simulation circuit,and the ideal output waveform was obtained.The circuit components and modules were selected,the power supply platform was installed and debugged,and finally the processing experiment analysis was performed.
