Research On The Han Men’s Robes In Yuan Dynasty

Due to the complicated political environment of the Yuan dynasty,the current studies on the history of clothing are mostly focused on the Mongolian robe in the Yuan dynasty,and there are few records on the Han men’s robe.However,the mainstream status of Han culture in the Yuan dynasty is not to be ignored.Therefore,the study on the male robes of Han in the Yuan dynasty can further understand the special cultural and natural environment of the Yuan dynasty,and experience the communication and integration of costume cultures among different ethnic groups.This paper collected a large number of identity were the Han and Yuan dynasty tombs buried time information,in the tomb murals,figurines and clothing materials and the Yuan dynasty character scroll painting,temple murals in the men’s robes image as the main object of study,combined with the literature,field museum and art history,costume and image study method,the analysis of the subject system of classification for the Yuan dynasty,the Han man robes,from the shape,color,decoration and the fabric on the analysis of the evolution of the Yuan dynasty Han men’s robes,and connecting with the men’s robes of Ming dynasty to discuss Yuan dynasty Han men’s robes influence on later generations.Through analysis,it can be seen that the evolution of Han men’s robes in the Yuan dynasty reflects that Han men’s robes not only inherited the Han clothing culture,but also communicated and integrated with the minority clothing culture.At the same time,the policy of paying attention to Han culture,agriculture and maritime transportation in the early stage of the Yuan dynasty,the relaxed clothing and heraldry system in the Yuan dynasty,the advanced textile technology in the Yuan dynasty and the cHange of the social status of Han in the Yuan dynasty also had an impact on the evolution of Han men’s robes in the Yuan dynasty.
