Dangerous chemicals are characterized by explosion,flammability,poisoning and corrosion.Accidents of dangerous chemicals are sudden,severely damaged and difficult to rescue.Once they occur,they often bring immeasurable serious consequences.In recent years,there have been many production safety accidents involving dangerous chemicals in the country,causing huge losses to the lives and property of the masses.The number of dangerous chemical products in a certain district of Qingdao is large and widely distributed.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the investigation and research of dangerous chemicals enterprises in the area to avoid disasters.The paper takes the safety of hazardous chemicals involved in a certain area of Qingdao as the research object,and based on the relevant theories of major hazard identification and regional quantitative risk assessment,through the investigation of the hazardous chemicals enterprises in the area and the dangerous chemicals involved.Characteristic analysis,identify major hazard sources,and use CASST-QRA software and quantitative risk assessment system to simulate and analyze the four accident consequences of oil fire,ammonia gas leakage,chlorine gas leakage and natural gas leakage to determine the impact of the accident and the area.The main risk factors of hazardous chemicals,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide a basis for safety risk management and control in the area.First,through the investigation of the basic situation of hazardous chemicals enterprises in a certain district of Qingdao,the types of hazardous chemicals enterprises in the area,the types and storage quantities of hazardous chemicals involved are identified.Secondly,analyze and identify the hazard characteristics of hazardous chemicals in the area and the major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals.Thirdly,through the comparison of risk assessment methods,using major accident consequence analysis models and injury criteria,regional quantitative risk assessment methods,select chemical oil fires,ammonia leaks,and chlorine leaks that constitute major hazards and have a large impact on the consequences of accidents.And the four risks of natural gas leakage,under the conditions of determining the substance category,storage quantity,meteorology,etc.,using CASST-QRA software of China Academy of Safety Sciences and Anyuan’s quantitative risk assessment system to simulate the accident consequences and determine the area.The main risk factors and the consequences of accidents.Finally,the investigation of hazardous chemicals supervision,implementation of corporate main responsibility,and emergency rescue management in this area,combined with simulation results,analyzes the main problems in the management of hazardous chemicals enterprises in the government,enterprises,and emergency management of the district,and In the aspects of planning and development,daily management and emergency rescue,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide a basis for security risk management and control in the area.
