Computer embroidery machine bead embroidery device is the key component to realize the production of bead embroidery from artificial to mechanized,and plays an important role in the production variety and efficiency of bead embroidery.Pearl embroidery industry in the past mostly use hand embroidery,but artificial wear bead embroidery beads labor costs,low efficiency.There is an urgent need for a computer embroidery machine bead embroidery device that can realize the mechanization and automation of beading production.This paper comprehensively analyzes the research status and existing technology of computer bead embroidery at home and abroad,and makes an in-depth analysis and research on the institutional composition of the computer embroidery machine bead embroidery device,and puts forward a computer embroidery machine bead embroidery device scheme,and analyzes and designs its main structure and related theories.The contents and results of this article are summarized as follows:Computer embroidery machine bead embroidery device overall scheme design.Determine the overall scheme design of the computerized embroidery machine bead embroidery device according to the design of each sub-module of the computerized embroidery machine bead embroidery device;the beading device is used to realize beading and conveying embroidery beads,the bead feeding device is used to clamp and push the embroidery beads,and the color changing device is used to select different colors of embroidery beads for bead embroidery.The theoretical analysis of the bead efficiency.Through the theoretical analysis of the effect of the speed of the bead motor,the position of the bead wire and the size of the embroidery diameter on the bead efficiency,the theoretical formula of the bead efficiency is obtained,which provides the theoretical basis for the practice operation.Proposes the embroidery bead conveying and clamping control structure scheme,the design of the key structure cam mechanism.Through the in-depth study of the timely sequence of the scheme,the motion law and control timing of the cam driven parts are put forward,and the dual goal of embroidery bead transport and beading wire clamping control is finally realized.Design of electronic control system for bead embroidery system.Complete the motor selection of the bead embroidery system,bead feeding device and color changing device,design the electrical control system timing scheme;and related that hardware and software,thehorizontal one-way displacement of the bead-feeding mechanism is 33.52 mm,and the vertical one-way displacement of the color changing device is 5mm.,and the bead-feeding mechanism pushes 1,000 embroidery beads per minute.Finally completed the whole prototype processing and manufacturing and installation and commissioning,the realization of the mechanized production of designated embroidery,proved that the entire design plan is feasible.In the enterprise carried out a small test,the operation is basically normal,the operating efficiency is about 92%,bead embroidery error leakage rate is about five parts per million,the quality of embroidery is more stable.
