The computer embroidery machine's work principle is detailedly analyzed, and with the function request of the machine and the most new technology in the embedded field, the control system's platform based on the "S3C2410A+Consys Linux+Qt/Embedded" is designed. This article has mainly studied the establishment of embedded graph system developped environment, Chinese-adapted realization of the entire GUI system and the computer embroidery machine movement part coordination control.The establishment for embedded image system developed environment is the most basic step in the entire development flow, the process of establishment for Linux cross-complier environment and Qt/Embedded graph system developped environment is introduced. The Chinese-adapted realization for GUI system is one of computer embroidery machine function requests, proposed the Chinese-adapted realization for GUI system with two methods.Regarding the computer embroidery machine for coordination motion control, two kinds of control thought are proposed; the motion control of principal axis motor,frame motor,color changing motor,line sheering motor and all part of coordination is realized. Another, In view of the embroidered frame of step motor for motion control, Improved rapid precision linear interpolation algorithm-grid method is proposed, with realizing step motor variable distance interpolation. So, it is improved pull in the line tightness, simultaneously reduced the broken line rate, prevented step motor to lose step and has flushed the phenomenon, reduces the electrical machinery the revolution noise.At last some questions in the process of the system's development are concluded and the emphases of the next development and research on the computer embroidery machine are prospected.
