Logistics equipment is an important means for tobacco commercial enterprises to implement distribution.The reliability of equipment and the ability to handle faults affect the distribution efficiency and ability of enterprises to a large extent.The maintenance management of logistics equipment of WH tobacco commercial enterprises is still in an empirical way.There is no complete equipment maintenance process.For malfunctioning machines,only emergency repairs and maintenance can be carried out,and various abnormal conditions and conditions cannot be timely treated.Make predictions about the failure state.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to establish a pull logistics equipment maintenance system based on equipment status data,optimize the equipment maintenance process,and enrich the TPM theory with overall equipment efficiency(OEE)as the core.The standardized management of logistics equipment in the tobacco industry is of great significance.First,the thesis introduces the research background and significance of logistics equipmentmaintenance of WH tobacco commercial enterprises(full text WH enterprises),and outlines the research methods and technical routes;secondly,it explains the relevant theories of equipment management,including TPM theory and fault prediction technology Then,based on offline seminars and questionnaire surveys,the equipment maintenance related pain points of enterprise equipment managers were obtained,and a set of pull equipment maintenance system based on equipment failure prediction was constructed.(1)Propose a pull-type equipment maintenance system,explain its meaning and expected goals,and give a pull-type maintenance framework,which mainly includes two levels of equipment failure prediction model and maintenance business standardization.(2)Construct an equipment failure prediction model based on long-term and short-term neural network LSTM.After evaluation,the performance is good,and the model has certain practical application value.(3)Use business process improvement and TPM related theories to analyze WH commercial enterprise logistics equipment maintenance business processes,such as equipment operation process check and three-level maintenance process,and improve unreasonable points to form a standardized process.The system can predict equipment failures in time and maintain timely maintenance,which is of great significance for improving the overall efficiency of equipment and reducing equipment maintenance costs.
