Study On The Motivation And Economic Effect Of Carpenter Tan’s Fulfillment Of Social Responsibility

In recent years,with the development of economy and society,the concept of corporate social responsibility continues to expand,and further rises from the legal level to the moral level.Therefore,the performance of corporate social responsibility has become a research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad.So what is the motivation of corporate social responsibility? What is the difference between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the process of fulfilling their social responsibilities? What are the factors that affect the fulfillment of social responsibility of private listed enterprises? What is the economic effect of corporate social responsibility? In order to solve the above problems,based on the existing literature,combined with the theory of three central circles and stakeholder theory,this paper constructs an overall analysis framework,selects Carpenter Tan,a private listed enterprise,as the research object,explores the motivation of fulfilling corporate social responsibility since its establishment,the impact of fulfilling corporate social responsibility on the company through case study,and provides reference for relevant enterprises To provide advice to the community.First of all,this paper starts from the actual performance of corporate social responsibility in the current stage of our country,looks for the motivation and influencing factors of corporate social responsibility,and analyzes the performance of corporate social responsibility around the three central circles and other related theories;secondly,through the selection of Carpenter Tan,a landmark performance enterprise,through case analysis,explores the performance of corporate social responsibility Then,through the analysis of Carpenter Tan’s performance and annual report,this paper explores the relationship between performance and economic consequences from two aspects of financial performance indicators and non-financial performance indicators;finally,combined with the action mechanism of social responsibility performance,this paper carries out,supervises and identifies the social responsibility of enterprises,governments and stakeholders at the present stage The countermeasures and suggestions are provided.The results show that:(1)at present,the performance of corporate social responsibility in China has made significant progress compared with more than ten years ago,but there is still room for development in terms of quantity and quality compared with the more mature performance system abroad;(2)corporate social responsibility is a double-edged sword,and some enterprises whitewash their performance behavior through "hypocrisy" in order to pursue market response;(3)from the perspective of long-term development In the long run,corporate social responsibility output is enough to make up for the short-term losses of stakeholders.
