During the workover operation,the Tubing needs to be cleaned and inspected,and unqualified Tubing must be replaced.During this process,the on-site personnel check the Tubing through the "four-step method" : 1.Use eyes to check the end of the Tubing to determine whether to replace the unqualified Tubing;2.First determine that the sucker rod is worn out,and then calculate to find out the corresponding position the tubing and then replace it;3.Check the wellbore data and replace the tubing at the position where the well inclination angle is greater than 3°/30m;4.Query historical workover records and replace Tubing in frequently worn positions.However,in the process of workover operations,only through the "four-step method ",the damaged Tubing cannot be thoroughly inspected and replaced,so that the worn and corroded Tubing will enter the well again.Aiming at this problem,the development of a Tubing endoscope detection system is proposed.The detection system uses an image acquisition module to collect images of the inner wall of the tubing with laser ring,and transmit the image data to a video encoder for encoding.Finally,display through the host software to complete the detection of damage to the inner wall of the Tubing.First,based on laser technology,a laser transmitter is designed,which can Collect images of the inner wall of the Tubing with laser ring;second,based on the video capture technology,an image capture module with a CMOS image sensor as the core is designed,to collect the image of the inner wall of the Tubing with the laser ring;then,design a circular light source circuit,which uses LED lamp beads as the lighting device to provide sufficient brightness for the detection position of the detection system;then,based on video coding Technology,designed a video encoding module with Hi Silicon 3518EV100 chip as the core to encode the collected video;use the streaming media transmission protocol to transmit the video data;finally,based on the SDK software development kit,use the Visual Studio2012 development tool,Developed a Tubing endoscope inspection system software to perform real-time preview,playback,video recording and capture of the video transmitted to the host computer.Field application results show that the Tubing endoscope inspection system can obtain image data of the inner wall of the Tubing,and intuitively judge the specific problems of the inner wall of the Tubing based on the obtained image data.Scientifically and accurately guide the inspection and replacement of Tubing,which greatly reduces the secondary entry of "risk" Tubing into the well,and at the same time reduces the waste of materials.The single cost is 20%of the conventional Tubing flaw detection equipment,and the volume is small,the operation is convenient,and the detection result is accurate.
