Both the oilfield sewage treatment system and the water injection system belong to the oilfield water system,which is a very important production system in the oil development and production process.Its purpose is to transport the oily sewage produced in the oilfield to the water injection system through the pipeline system after decontamination.Each water injection station injects the re-injection sewage into each water injection well to meet the normal production needs of the oil field.Because of the large scale of the oilfield water system,the large number of node pipelines and the intricate distribution,the system will always experience extreme conditions such as unstable operation or even inoperability in the actual production process;on the other hand,the oilfield water system is also an important part of the overall oilfield system.Large energy-consuming households lose a large proportion of energy and expenditures each year because the operating state cannot reach the optimal or stable state,and because the smooth operation of the system cannot be guaranteed,it is easy to cause a certain amount of re-injected sewage to be discharged into the environment and cause pollution.Very severe.In response to these problems,this article draws on the classic oilfield water system operation optimization program,from the perspective of intelligence,combined with traditional hydraulic calculation knowledge to carry out the research on the intelligent optimization operation technology of the oilfield sewage-water injection system.The main research contents are as follows:Aiming at the problem of oilfield water system pipe network simulation calculation,the sewage treatment system and water injection system are integrated,and the pipe network node unit,pipe section unit,auxiliary unit and overall mathematical model are established together.Simple iterative methods are mainly used for large-scale nonlinear equations.Solve,and analyze the characteristics of the important component of the water system,the pump.Research the operation optimization problems of the water injection system and the sewage treatment system respectively.According to the characteristics of the two,the water injection system is set up to minimize the energy consumption of the system,and the relevant mathematical model for optimal operation is established and the intelligent optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.,For the sewage treatment system,study the scheduling and distribution problems of the pipe network system,and obtain the scheme of adjusting the valves on the pipeline through mathematical calculation methods,so that the pipe network system can be in an optimal operating state.In view of the optimization analysis of the sewage treatment system and the water injection system in the actual production of the oilfield,the optimization analysis is generally carried out separately,ignoring the connection and law between the two.This article integrates the two systems and conducts the integrated oilfield sewage-water injection system.Joint scheduling optimization,from the overall point of view,find out the operation plan of optimizing the two systems at the same time,and test the feasibility of the plan through the test platform of the research group.Finally,the relevant software is compiled by VB.NET language to provide technical assistance and support for the production staff.
