The study found that accidents caused by human error accounted for 70-80%of the total number of accidents,and the human factor is the primary cause of casualties.Therefore,studying human safety occupational adaptability is essential to ensure system efficiency and prevent and control human accidents.In order to reduce the human error rate,on the basis of special occupational adaptability research,the safety occupation adaptability of coal mine excavation workers is studied by considering the influence of psychological load and safety psychological quality.First,through the questionnaire survey,the importance "scale table" is used to screen 13 physical and psychological abilities in five levels:important,relatively important,general,less important,and unimportant.The Delphi method is then used to consult expert opinions anonymously,and the expert opinions are processed through the quartile method.After two rounds of survey results,the physical and psychological indicators of coal mine excavation workers are screened out.Secondly,through the attention distribution and shift test,the complex response test,the speed prediction test,the aiming test and the eye-hand coordination test,the 6 physical and psychological indicators of accuracy,attention,rapid reaction ability,proficiency,judgment and foresight can be evaluated,and the evaluation indicators and eligibility criteria for safety occupational adaptability are given accordingly.Thirdly,using binary logistics to conduct regression analysis on the safety occupational adaptability evaluation indicators,it is found that the evaluation indicators that play a major role in the safety of coal mine excavation workers are:complex reaction variation coefficient,attention and speed prediction time difference.According to this,the evaluation indicators are sorted according to the effect size Exp(B):attention>speed prediction time difference>complex response variation coefficient.Finally,according to the total number method,determine the weighting factor and Dirac function of five evaluation indicators such as complex response variation coefficient,attention,eye-hand coordination,speed prediction time difference,and aiming accuracy,thereby constructing a comprehensive evaluation equation for safety adaptability of three-factor,four-factor and five-factor.Studies have shown that whether it is a three-factor,four-factor,or five-factor safety adaptability comprehensive evaluation equation,the accuracy rate remains at 90%.In addition,through the safety occupational adaptability test and evaluation method,coal mine excavation workers with strong psychological load and high safety quality can be selected,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing staffing and reducing human accident rate.Practice has proved that this method can greatly reduce the safety accident rate of the excavation team.Therefore,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to carry out safety occupational adaptability research.Figure 8 table 21 reference 68...
