The perishable nature of fresh agricultural products has promoted the development of cold chain logistics for agricultural products.Cold chain logistics has high energy consumption and high carbon emissions, which has an impact on the ecological environment. Also, cold chain logistics is seriously inconsistent with the "green logistics" and "low-carbon logistics" advocated by China, while, the introduction of low-carbon concepts into the cold chain logistics of agricultural products is of great significance to the development of the ecological environment.Based on the research of cold chain logistics,low-carbon logistics, agricultural product logistics and vehicle path optimization at home and abroad, the optimization of the cold chain logistics distribution path of fresh agricultural products in D supermarket was explored from a low-carbon perspective in this paper.Firstly, the theories related to the cold chain logistics and distribution of fresh agricultural products from the perspective of low carbon were reviewed.Next, the current situation of cold chain logistics and distribution of fresh agricultural products in D supermarket was analyzed. In view of the unreasonable distribution path of fresh agricultural products,a cold chain distribution path optimization model of fresh agricultural products was established with the rated load of refrigerated vehicles, the prescribed time window of stores and the demand of stores as constraints, and the total cost as the objective function in the concept of low carbon. On the basis of considering carbon emission, the total cost included vehicle fixed cost, vehicle transportation cost, cargo damage cost, refrigeration cost, carbon emission cost and penalty cost. Then the genetic algorithm with adaptive crossover and mutation was used to solve the minimum value of the established model to obtain the minimum total cost. Finally, the existing distribution path of fresh agricultural products in supermarket was solved and analyzed. The cost difference between carbon emission model and non-carbon emission model is analyzed by numerical simulation. It was found that the total distance traveled by transport vehicles increased by 6.2%,the carbon emissions were reduced by 23%,and the total cost of distribution was reduced by 4.5%.Carbon emissions are affected by the distance traveled by the delivery vehicle and the change in vehicle load, and the impact of the driving distance on carbon emissions is not as great as that of vehicle load on carbon emissions. For enterprises, the environmental pollution was reduced and the profit margins and competitiveness were enhanced after considering carbon emissions and optimizing distribution paths.
