| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the issue of production safety of enterprises has received great attention.In recent years,although the overall level of national safety production has gradually improved,it can be seen from the accident statistics of previous years that the number of accidents in chemical companies is still rising.The efficiency of safety management of a large number of chemical enterprises is still low,and the management measures are not specific and standardized.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes S rubber chemical industry as an example,according to the theory of system safety,divides the production factors of enterprises,uses different risk identification methods for the characteristics of different production factors,collects the existing data of the enterprise and the on-site investigation,and the scene.Operators communicate actual experience to form a comprehensive HSE risk identification result.Based on HSE risk identification results,combined with national standards,industry standards and enterprise rules and regulations to form hidden dangers investigation standards,improve the existing hidden dangers investigation standards,establish training courseware and test questions to improve the safety quality of enterprise personnel,and establish a job training demand matrix according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Different levels of safety capability requirements are proposed for each position.Establish HSE risk management and control system based on relevant knowledge base,use information technology to conduct enterprise safety management,establish specific system functions required for S rubber chemical enterprises,improve enterprise safety management process while completing function construction,and pass HSE risk management and control system The establishment of S Rubber Chemical Enterprise can control the safety status of the factory in real time.All the personnel in factory can log on the system to master the hidden danger management situation,safety production accidents and operation implementation status of the plant,and strengthen the risks between enterprise personnel.Information exchange,reduce the probability of occurrence of risks,and achieve dynamic management of enterprise security. |
