In recent years,with the continuous growth of China's economic strength,all walks of life have begun to flourish.Due to the continuous expansion of production scale,China's steel output is growing,and the steel industry is closely related to domestic transportation construction and civil construction.At present,the energy consumption of China's steel industry has accounted for about 14%of the total national energy consumption,and energy conservation and consumption reduction has become a major problem In order to solve the urgent problems of iron and steel enterprises,in the energy consumption of iron and steel industry,the energy consumption generated by ironmaking basically accounts for about 40%of the total energy consumption of the iron and steel industry.In this paper,the high energy consumption of No.1 blast furnace is studied,in which the metallurgical properties of charging materials and the energy utilization of No.1 blast furnace are evaluated and analyzed.According to the actual data in the smelting process of blast furnace and the relationship between parameters and energy saving and consumption reduction,Liszt operation line is drawn.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of No.1 blast furnace,effective energy saving and consumption reduction is formulated The main research contents include:1(1)The metallurgical properties of 1#blast furnace charge are measured by experiments.Through the analysis of the data,the proper direction and way of burden structure optimization are found,which provides effective basis for improving the quality of blast furnace charge and further realizing the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.(2)According to the calculation of material balance and heat balance of blast furnace,the energy saving and consumption reduction of No.1 blast furnace is good.The utilization coefficient of carbon is about 62.1%,the effective heat utilization coefficient is about 69.54%,the shaft efficiency is 72.4%,and the fuel ratio reduction potential is 97.23kg/t.Through the research data and Liszt operation diagram,the relationship between the relevant parameters of blast furnace and fuel ratio is analyzed as follows:top coal When the content of CO2in the gas is 1%,the fuel ratio isą11.23kg/t;when the silicon content of pig iron is 0.1%,the fuel ratio isą5.60kg/t;when the metallization rate is 1%,the fuel ratio isą3.42kg/t;when the tuyere temperature isą100?,the fuel ratio isą18.31kg/t.(3)According to the above research results,it is clear that the ideal burden structure for energy saving and consumption reduction of blast furnace is 75%sinter and 25%pellet.
