lectronic and electric equipment are one of the sources of environmental problems in China and the world at the same time that it is convenient for people to live and improve their productivity.With the constant progress of science and technology and people living standard rise,electrical and electronic products renewal faster and faster,people out of and updated electronic products also more and more fast,followed is the accumulation of a large number of electronic waste.While electronic waste has the dual nature of pollution and resource,if the e-waste problem is handled well,can protecting the environment and achieving the resource recycling,improper handling will become a culprit of ecological destruction and the environmental pollution.In combination with China's actual situation,to solve the problem of electronic waste disposal,clearing the responsibility sharing of the main body is the key.Along with some regulations introduced gradually in recent years,electronic waste recycling has a certain effect and small traders still account for a large portion of the recovery,recycling situation is still chaotic.In this case,it is especially meaningful that perfecting our country's main bodies' responsibility problem.The article is divided into six chapters.Chapter one,mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,as well as the research status.We should further consider the measures to solve the problem of electronic waste in order to achieve resource conservation and environmental protection.Chapter two introduces the general situation of electronic waste by analyzing the concept and types of electronic waste.Through the introduction of electronic waste characteristics and the current status of electronic waste recycling,clear the current problems of electronic waste recycling in ChinaChapter three introduces the theoretical basis of responsibility sharing.The responsibility of each subject should be rationally allocated under the theory of sustainable development,the theory of circular economy and the theory of burden of beneficiary.Chapter four introduces the defects of the relevant regulations and responsibilities of electronic waste recycling in China.In the face of China's unsatisfactory recycling situation,we review our country's related laws and regulations on e-waste and the specific provisions of responsibility undertaking of each subject.We draw the conclusion that the legislation of liability undertaking in electronic waste disposal in China is inadequate and needs to be perfected to solve the current situation of recycling of electronic waste.Chapter five,in order to do some help of China's current liability in the process of electronic waste recycling problems,we analyzed the representative of electronic waste legislation earlier in the uropean Union,Japan,the United States,drawing lessons from their rules of main body responsibility.Finally,the paper introduces the producers,sellers,consumers,small traders,recycling business and the government's responsibility in detail and the relevant measures,balancing the interests of all parties,adapting to the market economy rule,to do some help for our country electronic waste recycling and environmental treatment.
