In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living,skiing,a noble sport has been developing in the direction of popularization,and more and more people want to learn this physical fitness sport.Compared with other sports,skiing needs higher technical actions and the necessary help from your professional coach and special facilities.After learning for a period,player can ski smoothly on the track and enjoy the joy of sport.There are many auxiliary skiing facilities at home and abroad,but as far as it goes,foreign intelligent ski machine develops more quickly but is expensive,and domestic intelligent machine develops slower and has not as good quality as foreign product in the same level.So developing a set of intelligent ski machine which has independent intellectual property rights and relatively reasonable prices is of great significance to promote ski learning and development.This paper has completed the overall design scheme and debug of this intelligent ski machine.In the aspect of the mechanical structure,the three-dimension software UG is adopted to describe the mechanical structure of the main motion platform,the motion car under the ski board,ski board,sensor linkage bearing,capstan,protective barrier and the like;In the aspect of motor control,SIMATIC S7-1200 controller is selected to link two Siemens 7.5KW Inverters and every inverter controls two same parameter's Siemens1.5KW three induction motors.The left and right sides of the motors are placed side by side.Motors hanged the capstan that is wound with steel wire rope pushes and pulls ski boards to swing left and right fulfilling the simulation of downhill alpine skiing.In the aspect of signal acquisition and transmission,the module of signal acquisition and transmission under the ski boards uses C8051F410 micro controller to detect data of the tilt angle sensors and pressure sensors of human posture and these data is transferred to SIMATIC S7-1200 controller through the wireless module ESP8266 and wireless router so that SIMATIC S7-1200 controller can drive inverters to fulfill the motion control by logical operations.In the aspect of the algorithm of motion control,nonlinear function,as the part of the active disturbance rejection algorithm,is referenced and inserted into the PLC program in order to meet all control requirements of simulation of skiing.After repeated modification,adjustment and testing of the whole machine,the reasonability of the design of mechanical structure,electrical control,safety protection of this intelligent ski machine has been verified.The machine runs smoothly and the electrical control response is quick,which meets the initial design requirement and fulfills the goal of indoor space simulation of downhill alpine skiing,the improvement of physical fitness,the correction of the skier's movement posture and the entertainment and fitness.
