Flowmeter is an important device for monitoring oil production efficiency and statistics of oil production.It can not only reflect the operating conditions of oil wells and the data fluctuations of daily oil production,but also indirectly reflect the dynamics of oil wells and reservoirs.It is used by companies to arrange production plans and evaluate economic benefits.Important reference.Since most of the oil and natural gas extraction is located in the wilderness,it is necessary to realize remote monitoring of their data.At present,transmission is often based on wireless communication methods such as GPRS and Wi Fi.This type of transmission method requires the establishment of a dedicated base station,and the cost is relatively high.In response to this problem,this subject selects the V-cone differential pressure flowmeter as the research object,and studies the Beidou short message communication technology to realize data transmission through Beidou satellites.There is no need to set up a base station.The positioning function it provides can also provide maintenance personnel in the wilderness environment.It is an ideal communication method to provide accurate coordinates of the equipment.Use Beidou communication technology to realize the transmission of flowmeter monitoring data.According to the current research on the Beidou satellite positioning calculation algorithm,the adaptive cuckoo algorithm is used to improve the positioning and selection process.Using Matlab software simulation to obtain the optimal parameters of the algorithm,the experimental results show that the use of this algorithm for positioning solution meets the needs of the system for positioning functions.In addition,this subject combines the actual situation of traditional flow meters to design a remote monitoring system for differential pressure flow meters based on Beidou communication.The system is composed of monitoring terminals,Beidou receivers,and remote monitoring cloud platforms.Aiming at the software and hardware requirements of data collection,data monitoring and Beidou short message communication,corresponding design ideas and implementation schemes are given.At the same time,considering the influence of the wilderness environment on satellite communication,a transmission error control method based on data backup is proposed to improve its transmission reliability.Finally,it is verified by building an actual hardware monitoring terminal and a cloud platform environment.The remote monitoring system can effectively transmit monitoring data and locate the flowmeter.Maintenance personnel can monitor the data in real time through the cloud platform,reducing the construction and maintenance costs of remote monitoring..
