Research And Development And Application Of Enterprise Security Management Measures Based On Risk Management Theory

The production process of enterprises is often accompanied by high temperature and high pressure processes,toxic and harmful,flammable and explosive materials,and accidents generally cause serious casualties and economic losses.Therefore,in order to be able to quickly respond in an emergency.To implement rescue and control the spread of accidents,it is necessary to systematically study the emergency preparedness of enterprises and improve their emergency management capabilities under the new development of the country.Based on the research background of R steel enterprise,this paper integrates the scientific principles of risk management into the enterprise emergency preparedness work according to the current emergency management status of the enterprise.According to the basic theory of production safety emergency preparedness and combined with hazard identification analysis methods,risk identification of all production factors involved in the production process of the enterprise is carried out,and the enterprise safety production risk management and control system is constructed.Analyze the potential emergency situations in the risk identification results based on the accident causal chain theory.Analyze the identified potential emergency situations,research and develop the basic emergency knowledge of the enterprise based on the principle of the emergency response process,make scientific early warning actions,take effective control measures,and research and develop the enterprise’s comprehensive emergency response plan,special emergency response plan,on-site disposal plan and post emergency disposal card,so as to improve the emergency management system of the enterprise.Use information technology to combine enterprise risk control information,enterprise basic emergency information,process parameters and other data with a distributed control system(DCS),which can monitor and warn the enterprise production process at any time and update data information in real time,realizing enterprise emergency management Normalization,standardization and informatization provide help for the control of emergencies and timely and accurate emergency decision-making for enterprises,and it is of great significance for guiding the emergency preparedness of enterprises.
