Study On Fixed Assets Management Of GD Oil Production Plant Based On Life Cycle Theory

As the core part of enterprise assets,fixed assets often directly affect the overall financial and economic performance of enterprise,and it is extremely important for enterprise development.Facing the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises,enterprises must strengthen the management of fixed assets,so as to create more value and profits.Especially for oil & gas exploration enterprises,under the new normal of low oil prices,investment scale and cost investment have been greatly reduced,and the effective use of fixed assets has also become an effective means for oil production plants to maintain normal production,reduce cost and improve efficiency.This paper takes the fixed assets management of GD oil production plant as the research object,and takes its actual demand as the direction.It makes a comprehensive analysis of current fixed assets management status of GD oil production plant,summarizes some problems in management,and puts forward the necessity of the whole life cycle management of fixed assets.Then,based on the life cycle management theory of fixed assets,it puts forward the targeted measures to improve the management of fixed assets in GD oil production plant,including the improved overall structure and specific improvement content.It further puts forward the guarantee strategies for the fixed assets management in GD oil production plants.,in order to promote the effective realization of the expected effect of the improvement measures.
