Research On The Whole Life Cycle Management Of Pipeline Enterprise

Since the 1970 s,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and China’s modern pipeline transportation services have made great progress.China has become the world’s largest energy producer and consumer,and the country with the fastest improvement in energy efficiency.In terms of energy storage and transportation,pipeline transportation is currently the most widely used,the lowest cost,the highest security mode of transportation.By the end of 2025,China will have a total length of240,000 kilometers of long-distance transportation pipelines,and gradually realize the goal of "connecting the whole country with one network of oil and gas transmission from west to east",forming a north-south and east-west oil and gas pipeline transportation network.In this paper,literature induction,interview research,theoretical combination and quantitative analysis methods are used.Firstly,the concepts and theories related to fixed assets and the whole life cycle management of fixed assets are expounded.Taking X Province Company,a subsidiary of the national pipe network,as the research object,the main characteristics and composition characteristics of X Company’s fixed assets management are summarized.Secondly,combined with the current management status,the problems existing in the management of fixed assets of X Company are analyzed from the six life cycles of fixed assets planning and investment,acceptance and capital transfer,daily use and maintenance,inventory and inventory,allocation and transfer,scrapping and disposal.The whole life cycle of X Company’s fixed assets management is optimized by establishing an integrated platform for fixed assets management,optimizing the process of asset management system,and establishing an asset management performance evaluation systemCombined with the collected case data,the fixed assets management efficiency of X Company in recent years is analyzed,and the development trend of the fixed assets management efficiency of the company in the future is predicted.The optimization ideas and methods of fixed assets management based on the whole life cycle of assets proposed in this paper have good reference value for pipeline enterprises and other provincial companies of national pipe network.
