| Coal industry,as one of the basic industries in China,has developed to a relatively mature stage.For coal companies to achieve sustained growth,they need to improve their overall competitiveness.Talent is one of the important factors restricting the development of coal industry companies.Therefore,how to attract,cultivate and manage talents has become a problem that every coal company must think about.Compensation management system is a necessary means for companies to optimize the allocation of human resources,and establishing and perfecting compensation management system can help companies improve their talent management capabilities.As one of the state-owned coal companies,S Coal Company is also faced with the problem of improving the efficiency of compensation management and the capability of talent management.In this paper,we firstly summarize the previous research results and sort out the concepts of compensation and compensation management system,so as to lay the foundation for research on compensation management system of S Coal Company.After that,S Coal Company is introduced,including its organizational structure,employee situation,compensation composition,and the implementation of compensation management system,to understand the status of its compensation management system.In order to analyze the problems in the compensation management system of S Coal Company more deeply,a survey on the current situation of compensation management system is conducted by questionnaire to its employees,and it is found that S Coal Company’s compensation management system has problems such as the lack of scientific job evaluation method,the single composition of compensation,the unsound performance appraisal system,and the insufficient fairness in compensation distribution.Then,based on strategic orientation,broadband salary and incentive theory,the compensation management system of S Coal Company is optimized,focusing on scientific post analysis and evaluation,optimization of compensation system and improvement of performance appraisal mechanism.Finally,S Coal Company are proposed in terms of compensation management organization,publicity,system and communication mechanism respectively to help its compensation management system to function better.The research on the optimization of compensation management system of S coal company,on the one hand,is helpful to solve the problems of unreasonable compensation composition and inefficient compensation management,improve the efficiency of human resource management,and build the comprehensive competitiveness of S coal company.On the other hand,the optimized plan of the compensation management system of S Coal Company can also provide reference for other companies in the coal industry and promote the healthy development of the coal industry. |
