Design And Development Of Intelligent Production Scheduling System For Socks

With the increasing order volume and complicated order types,sock enterprises are facing a new market test.The introduction of automatic production,the establishment and improvement of socks enterprise production management system,has become the first choice of various socks enterprises to deal with opportunities and challenges.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research of socks industry,aiming at the needs of digital transformation and upgrading of socks industry,designs and plans the production scheduling system based on the equipment configuration of intelligent production line of socks,designs the core module order information management of the system in detail,establishes a mathematical model,and analyzes the order completion time of socks,The order allocation module and equipment allocation module are developed and verified by an example.The specific work completed is as follows:(1)Based on the equipment configuration of socks intelligent production line,the architecture of intelligent production scheduling system is established,the order management module in the intelligent scheduling system is designed in detail,the order allocation principle and process are proposed,including order information preprocessing,order information calculation and allocation,order information result export and other functional modules,and the order based equipment configuration table is generated;(2)According to the current situation of the workshop,the production capacity of the equipment in the production process is calculated,and the time required for the process is analyzed.Taking the order completion time as the goal,the mathematical model of the production line is established,and the feasibility judgment of the order completion is realized.The production line operation scheduling table based on the equipment configuration is generated,which provides the decision-making basis for the production management personnel;(3)The database of socks intelligent production scheduling system is established by SQL server.The order management module,equipment planning module,order completion feasibility module and daily maintenance of database are developed by C # language;(4)The functions of the developed software are verified by the production examples of order sequencing,knitting time calculation and equipment scheduling calculation.It is proved that the intelligent production scheduling system of socks can effectively solve the problems faced by the production information management of socks industry.The developed software is feasible and has practical value for the production of socks.
