China is a big country in coal mining and use.In the process of coal mining and transportation,lead-acid battery electric locomotives are the most widely used traction and transportation tools.Can the batteries used in them complete the charge and discharge process efficiently and safely? Have a great impact.At present,most of the chargers used in domestic coal mines are still phase-controlled.This charging method makes the charger bulky,which is not conducive to handling and maintenance;there will be overcharge or undercharge,which affects the battery life;Low efficiency,waste of resources,and great environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design a high-performance charger for mining energy storage batteries.Based on the charging principle and charging method of the current charger,this paper proposes an improved charger main circuit topology.First add the PFC power factor correction circuit,which can reduce the system's pollution to the power grid,protect the environment,and improve the conversion efficiency for mining;the thirdgeneration semiconductor power device silicon carbide(Si C)is selected as the power switch device,with high-frequency characteristics It is conducive to the smaller the size and weight of the charger;at the same time,the use of advanced LLC resonant soft switching technology and synchronous rectification technology can reduce the loss of the charger during the charging process and improve the conversion efficiency of the charger.First,this paper studies the design parameters of high-performance chargers,gives the overall design scheme of high-performance chargers,completes the parameter calculation and selection of the main circuit components;secondly,carries out hardware design and software design for the control circuit of high-performance chargers.Take the DSP TMS320F2803 as the control core,sample the DC bus voltage,output voltage,output current,and temperature of the Si C power switch of the high-performance charger and send them to the DSP for calculation and analysis;study the phase shift angle of the full bridge and the PWM signal Analyze the influence of the voltage and current double closed-loop PID adjustment on the stability of the entire system;analyze the flow chart of the main program and sub-functions.Finally,in order to verify the performance of the charger,a simulation model was first established through matlab/Simulink,and the simulation results were analyzed in detail;then,a small experimental prototype was built for testing.The simulation results and experimental results show that the designed high-performance charger can Significantly shorter charging time,and the efficiency of the charger can meet the index requirement of not less than 90%,and at the same time,the dual closed-loop adjustment method can automatically realize the conversion between constant current charging and constant voltage charging,realizing the charger Intelligent and automated.
