Hoist is a very important transport means in the process of coal mining,and the braking system is the last safety guarantee while the hoist in an emergency.In this paper,based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project: Collaborative Control Method of Multiple Brakes of High-speed and Heavy-duty Mine Hoist under Emergency Braking Condition,a collaborative braking system with multiple brakes of hoist was built.Experimental research was carried out under different conditions.First of all,hoist at home and abroad are analyzed and its research status quo of brake,according to the operation requirements of ascension and the braking system,formulated the mine hoist brake more collaborative braking system overall scheme,respectively for execution unit,control unit and hydraulic unit design,finally completed the mine hoist brake more collaborative braking system.Secondly,the hydraulic system equation and brake system mathematical model are established and simulated in AMESim and Simulink respectively to verify the accuracy of the mathematical model.On this basis,the lifting system braking PID controller and the backstepping controller are designed,and the advantages of the backstepping controller are verified by the simulation analysis.Then,this paper designed the mine hoist brake more collaborative braking system of upper and lower position machine software,the next bit machine based on Matlab/Simulink in the x PC Target rapid prototyping technology,PC man-machine interface using the Labview design is completed,and finally achieve the upper and lower position machine communication,more for subsequent mine hoist brake braking experimental study provides the basis.Finally,the characteristics of constant torque braking and constant deceleration braking are analyzed by using the experimental platform of multi-brake cooperative braking system of mine hoist,and based on constant deceleration braking,the PID controller and backstepping controller of the lifting system are verified by experiments,which further verifies the superiority of the backstepping controller.In addition,the braking effects under different distribution modes of braking torque between multiple brakes were studied,and the synergistic braking of multiple brakes were analyzed.
