Enterprises are the main undertakers of innovation and a strong driving force to promote national technological innovation.At present,in China,the R & D investment of enterprises accounts for more than 70% of the total R & D investment.Among the enterprises with more than 100 employees,more than 40% of them have carried out all kinds of technological innovation activities.All over the world,the number of invention patents authorized abroad in China has increased significantly in recent years,and the quality of patents is also gradually improving.The awareness of technological innovation of state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises in China is gradually strengthened,the innovation ability of enterprises is constantly improved,and the technological innovation system from the national level to the enterprise level is gradually improved.As a well-known household appliance enterprise in Guangdong Province,M company's household appliances sell well all over the world,and its market share of small household appliances reaches 30%.Take rice cookers as an example,the sales volume of M company's rice cookers has accounted for 40% of the country,ranking first in the country.But the average unit price of M company's rice cookers is much lower than that of foreign rice cookers,especially the price of high-end rice cookers is less than1 / 3 of that of Japanese rice cookers,which causes many high-end users to go abroad to buy good rice cookers.In order to strengthen the technical innovation management of M company's rice cooker products and realize the technical performance breakthrough of rice cooker products,this paper applies TRIZ theory and method to the technical innovation management of M company's rice cooker products.Based on the actual case of M company's rice cooker product technical innovation,this paper starts from the formation of technical innovation thinking,the selection of technical innovation direction,the analysis of technical innovation problems,and the prediction of technical innovation effect From many aspects,this paper discusses how M company should strengthen the technical innovation management of rice cooker products.The full text is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the main research methods and ideas.The second chapter mainly discusses TRIZ theory innovation tool knowledge system and application process.The third chapter mainly discusses the product introduction of M company,the existing problems of M company's technological innovation management,and the existing solutions to the key problems of M company.The fourth chapter is mainly for M company rice cooker product technology innovation management breakthrough,based on TRIZ theory to form innovation process.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the problem model and contradiction matrix applied in the process of technological innovation management to obtain the core technology breakthrough.The sixth chapter mainly discusses the technical effect prediction brought by TRIZ theory.Through systematic research and analysis,we can explore a sui Table.way for M company's rice cooker product and technology innovation,lay a certain foundation for M company's continuous technology leadership,and provide some innovation methods for other business divisions of M company and other cross industry companies in China based on TRIZ theory.
