The Internet of Things(IoT)technology is the third revolution of the information technology industry.By connecting the information sensing device with the Internet,the intelligent identification and management of the equipment of "high efficiency,energy saving,safety and environmental protection" is the inevitable way for the manufacturing industry to achieve industrial upgrading.Assortments of broken machine is connecting rod breaking process of key equipment,the paper aimed at Guangdong university of technology to develop automobile connecting rod bulge cutting machine tool,design a set of remote monitoring system based on Internet of things technology,used for real-time acquisition bilge broken machine tool hydraulic system pressure and temperature data,and upload it to the network monitoring platform,to realize remote monitoring and analysis of the hydraulic control system,Real-time control of the operation of the machine tool,early warning of possible failures,through data analysis and optimization of process parameters,improve the maintenance,reliability and development of the machine tool.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Improvement and optimization of machine tool structure.The mechanical structure defects of the previous generation of connecting rod expanding and breaking machine tools are analyzed,and the improvement scheme is put forward to optimize the performance and improve the reliability.(2)New generation of hydraulic and control system development.For a generation of machine tool hydraulic system heat,high energy consumption and parameters will be able to monitor and other issues,designed a new a new generation of connecting rod bilge broken machine hydraulic transmission system and control system,through enhancing the cooling function,increase the frequency converter,decorate sensors,ensures the stability of the machining process,low energy consumption,machine tool operation parameters of hydraulic pump motor real-time acquisition.(3)Design of network monitoring platform.Design and build the connecting rod bilge broken machine running state network monitoring platform,real-time acquisition machine tool electronic control system of the central controller PLC pressure sensor and temperature sensor data,and send it to the Internet in the cloud platform,through the cloud platform machine tool hydraulic system for real-time monitoring of interface each important oil pressure data with the fuel tank temperature data,The operating state of the hydraulic system is judged by certain technical indexes to realize the purpose of early warning,fault analysis and parameter optimization.(4)Construction of local client of network monitoring system.In order to improve the monitoring effect of the network monitoring system,the background database of the monitoring system of connecting rod expanding machine tool is built in the local server PC,and the Web software program is designed to synchronously import the data collected by the single-chip microcomputer of the network monitoring platform into the database of the local server PC for permanent preservation.At the same time,the front-end application software of network monitoring system is designed based on Qt platform to enhance the visibility of monitoring data and improve the monitoring effect of equipment.
