Sparkling water has become more and more popular with consumers in recent years,especially in the beverage markets in North America and Europe.At present,the bubble water produced by the manual bubble water machine has poor taste,low utilization rate of carbon bottle gas,and cumbersome operation by users.These problems are common in current market products,and most mechanical bubble water dispensers cannot meet commercial scenarios.In view of this,this subject has designed a multi-functional all-in-one bubble water machine,and it can automatically generate bubble water.The design of the bubble water machine includes the structure design of the whole machine,the construction of the control system and the matching of the functional system.This article starts from the structural design and performance optimization of the bubble water machine,and provides engineering practice for the design and optimization of the high-performance bubble water machine.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This article takes the bubble water machine as the research object,analyzes the main structural influencing factors that affect the performance of the bubble water machine,and completes the structure design and system assembly of each subsystem of the bubble water machine through Creo software.(2)This paper designs the Icebank super refrigeration module for the bubble water machine,completes the parameterized calculation of the core components of the refrigeration system,and determines the charging volume of the refrigeration system;using the principle of reverse osmosis filtration,the bubble water machine water circuit is designed Filter system,design the gas path system for bubble water,select appropriate parts and parameters,complete the construction of the gas path module of the bubble water machine,and complete the bubble water prototype through the structural module layout of the whole machine and the design of the control system.Make.(3)Based on the structural design and physical prototype production,this paper builds the refrigeration system assembly test platform and the filtration system water treatment capacity test plan.Through the DOE experimental test,the structural parameters of each subsystem are optimized,and the whole system is added.The higher pressure value and the lowering of the water temperature improve the performance value of the whole machine,and provide practical guidance for subsequent optimization.(4)Established the fluid analysis simulation of the water intake process of the carbonization tank,determined the layout of the water inlet pipeline and the internal structure size of the carbonization tank,completed the optimization design of the carbonization tank water inlet,and analyzed the maximum value of the carbonization tank.The stress and strain under pressure have checked the strength requirements of the carbonization tank,and simultaneously optimized the neck size of the evaporator.The water temperature in the carbonization tank can be maintained at 4℃,and the concentration of bubble water can reach 2.97V/gas in the whole mechanism.,The performance of the whole machine is improved by 33.2% before and after optimization.
