With the development of intelligent control technology,computer network technology,big data,cloud computing and communication technology,the demand for automation,intelligence and information of mine drainage system is increasingly high,and the realization of the drainage system with intelligence and automation has become an inevitable trend of development,which is also an important part of digital mine construction.Aiming at the existing problems such as obsolete equipment,single control strategy,difficult maintenance of equipment,low degree of automatic control,large power consumption and failure to meet the requirements of digital mine construction of drainage system of No.4~2coal seam in No.3 panel of Buertai coal mine,this paper carries out automatic transformation of its drainage system to realize the automation of the drainage system and achieve the purpose of saving energy and human resources.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the hydrogeological conditions of Buertai coal mine,the existing problems and drainage demands of drainage system of No.4~2coal seam in No.3 panel of Buertai coal mine,the automatic transformation of drainage system of No.4 coal seam in No.3panel of Buertai coal mine was carried out,and the overall plan of the automatic transformation of the drainage system and the reform plan of the underground monitoring system were put forward.(2)According to the hydrogeological conditions,drainage requirements and water inflow in Sanpan area,two sets of water pump selection schemes are proposed.Compared with the technical and economic factors,the first scheme with good cavitation performance,stable and reliable operation,convenient equipment maintenance and low initial investment cost is determined.Based on the first scheme,the pump selection and pipeline design were carried out,and the working condition analysis and capacity checking were carried out.(3)According to the automatic reform plan of drainage system of No.4~2coal seam in No.3 panel of Buertai coal mine,the hardware design and equipment selection of underground monitoring system are mainly carried out,and the analog input,digital input and digital output signals needed to realize automatic drainage are analyzed and determined,and the hardware platform of underground drainage monitoring system is constructed,and the PLC main control module,digital input and output module and sensor are selected.(4)The automatic control strategy of"avoiding peak to Valley"is proposed to achieve cost saving,and the control process of automatic transformation drainage strategy is given in detail.The traditional drainage scheme based on high and low water level and graded water level is transformed into the control strategy of combining peak avoidance and valley water pump start-up strategy.The modular programming method is adopted to realize the functions of automatic control,equipment operation,water level state monitoring,fault alarm and historical data query in different working modes of drainage system.(5)Debug and verify the function of the reformed drainage monitoring system.This paper introduces the debugging method of the automatic drainage system,verifies the main functions of the system,and carries out the field trial operation for 3 months.The results show that the proposed automatic reconstruction scheme and the designed automatic monitoring system have realized all the functions required by the underground automatic drainage and achieved the purpose of the automatic reconstruction of the drainage system in the drainage system of No.4~2coal seam in No.3 panel of Buertai coal mine...
