Shanzhai Coal Mine of Huating Coal Industry Group Co.,Ltd.completed the mine reconstruction and expansion in 2006.A STJ1000/2x630 belt conveyor was installed in the main shaft to transport the coal.The driving system of the conveyor adopted the mode of"asynchronous motor+controllable starting transmission device(CST)".The belt conveyor system has been in operation since the mine reconstruction and expansion.It has the advantages of stable operation,high system reliability,good soft start and double motor power balance performance,which can meet the production capacity demand of shanzhai coal mine.However,with the coal mine in energy saving and consumption reduction,green development and intelligent mining put forward new requirements,the belt conveyor system operating efficiency is low,no speed regulation function,high product and maintenance costs have been highlighted.Therefore,it is very necessary to adopt new technology and new products of belt conveyor to eliminate the problems existing in the old system.This paper takes this topic as the topic and carries out the corresponding research.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the asynchronous motor+CST drive system,the advantages and disadvantages of the system are fully grasped,and the new requirements for the production of standard coal mine are put forward,which provides reference information for the transformation project and puts forward the correct direction for the scheme design.(2)The related control technology and electrical equipment currently applied in the belt conveyor drive system are extensively studied and analyzed.Aiming at the problems existing in the drive system before the transformation,the variable frequency direct drive system scheme based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed.(3)Combined with the current production capacity demand of Shanzhai Coal Mine,the main electrical equipment in the scheme of variable frequency direct drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is calculated and selected,which provides a reference for the implementation of the transformation project.(4)According to the new requirements of Shanzhai coal mine on the operation performance of belt conveyor,a new solution to the problems of flexible speed regulation and multi motor power balance is proposed,which provides a technical support for further improving the production efficiency of the belt conveyor.Through the implementation of the above transformation projects,the safety and reliability of the belt conveyor operation are enhanced,the product and maintenance costs are reduced,the soft start and speed regulating performance of the belt conveyor are improved,and the overall energy saving effect of the belt conveyor system is improved,and the new requirements for energy saving,green development and intelligent mining are achieved.
