Traditional luminescent materials are mainly organic and rare earth materials,but their applications are often limited by some drawbacks,such as scarce resources,difficult to prepare,or heavy metal pollution.melem,has simple preparation process,good biocompatibility and optical performance.However,melem also has disadvantages such as low fluorescence quantum yield and poor water solubility.The preparation and performance research of melem were carried out,as follows:melem AM was prepared by pyrolysis.Modified melem AM with nitric acid and glycol to obtain melem AT and melem GT,and analyzed the phase,structure and morphology of the materials.The results show that,compared with the irregular block morphology of melem AM,the surface of melem AT becomes fluffy and porous,and melem GT forms an aggregated rod-like structure.Based on CERT,the Na2SO3-Ce(IV)-melem CL system was constructed.Among them,the melem GT CL system has the best CL performance,with a CL intensity of7400.It is 350 times higher than Na2SO3-Ce(IV)system,and 63 times higher than melem AM CL system.This is mainly attributed to the formation of aggregated rod-like structure which improves the fluorescence quantum yield.The melem GT CL system was used to quantitatively detect folic acid.The results show that the method has a wide detection range of 55 nmol/L?35?mol/L and a low detection limit of 50 nmol/L,indicating that this method has high sensitivity and accuracy in detecting folic acid.The novel melem-K2S2O8 ECL three-electrode system was determined.The results show that the melem AT has the highest ECL intensity.The melem AT-K2S2O8 ECL system was used to quantitatively detect H2O2.The results show that the detection limit of this method is 100 nmol/L,and the detection range is 0.25?35?mol/L.At the same time,it also has excellent anti-interference,which makes it have broader application prospects in biological detection.Figure 33;Table 10;Reference 76...
