A method for the determination of Norfloxacin by cheminesnce has been described. Norfloxacin can greatly enhance the emission intensity of the weak chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4 with NaOH in acid medium. Based on this phenomenon, a simple and rapid new method for the continuous determination of Norfloxacin was developed. The velocity of flow, NaOH concentration and KMnO4 concentration has been investigated. The calibration graph is linear for 3×10-4~1.2×10-3g/ml, the detection limit (3σ) is 2.21×10-4g/ml, and the relative standard deviation (n=10,C=5×10-4g/ml) is 2.35%. The recovery yield is around 90%~100%, and the experimental results are satisfactory. FRET process between QDs of different dimensions and papain as a bridging molecule has been studied. The formation of QDs(G)-papain-QDs(Y) bioconjugate enhances fluorescence of QDs(Y) and decreases that of QDs(G). FRET efficiency and donor-acceptor distance were calculated. The influence of ionic strength, pH, and the presence of unlabeled mouse IgG on FRET of QD(G)-papain-QD(Y) bioconjugate has been studied.
