Oily sludge is a waste produced by the petroleum industry during mining,transportation,storage,and refining.Oily sludge is hazardous and difficult to handle,and has been included in the list of hazardous wastes in China.In this paper,the pyrolysis treatment of three typical oily sludge samples of pipeline puncture oil soil,slag field mixed sludge and tank bottom sludge in the combined station was conducted to study the treatment effect of pyrolysis treatment technology.The main results are as follows:(1)On the premise of obtaining a low pyrolysis semi-coke oil content and comprehensive consideration of energy saving,the optimal temperature for pyrolysis of oily sludge is determined to be 500?,and the optimal pyrolysis time is 3h;the utilization of oily sludge heat The semi-coke generated after the solution is made into a semi-coke base carrier.Through orthogonal tests on temperature,time and oily sludge type,it is found that the process conditions for generating the maximum specific surface area semi-coke base are pyrolysis temperature 550? and pyrolysis time 3h The type of oil sludge is pipeline puncture oil and soil.(2)The calcium-aluminum-based and iron-nickel-based semi-coke-based carrier catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method.The energy spectrum analysis and X-ray fluorescence analysis showed that the active materials calcium,aluminum,iron and nickel were successfully loaded on the carrier.Catalytic pyrolysis test results of two typical oily sludges,mixed sludge at the slag yard and sludge at the bottom of the combined station,show that both semi-coke-based carrier catalysts can reduce the oil content of semi-coke after pyrolysis,and the iron-nickel-based catalyst has the best effect Compared with no catalyst,the oil content of the tank bottom sludge was reduced from 2.31%to 0.08%after pyrolysis,and the oil content of the sludge yard mixed sludge was reduced from 1.54%to 0.03%.(3)The small-scale test equipment designed in this study was used to optimize the catalytic pyrolysis process of the mixed sludge in the slag field.The results show that the optimal process conditions for the catalytic pyrolysis of the mixed sludge in the slag field are:pyrolysis temperature 550?,catalyst addition ratio is 1:5.The catalyst is added by mixing with oily sludge.
