With the advancement of mine mining technology,more and more working faces apply 110 construction method.The 12412 working face of Selian No.2 Mine also uses this construction method's top-cutting and tunneling technology.Under this construction method,the conditions of the mined area are more complicated.Therefore,the research on the fire protection technology of the goaf under the cut roof has become one of the key research topics of scientific researchers.This article takes the 12412 working face of Selian No.2 Mine as the research object,and mainly uses three methods:theoretical analysis,on-site measurement,and numerical simulation to conduct fire prevention research under the cut roof into a roadway.Firstly,the theoretical study of the combustion steps of coal spontaneous combustion,the influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion and the characteristics of porous media in the goaf are carried out to pave the way for numerical simulation to set the porosity.Then,the gas and temperature changes on both sides of the goaf are obtained by installing beam tubes and temperature sensors on the roadways on both sides of the goaf,and the approximate three-zone distribution interval is obtained.With the help of numerical simulation software,the air flow in the goaf of the 12412 working face is simulated,and the oxidation zone distribution close to the site is obtained,that is,the oxidation zone on both sides is 100-150 meters and 150-215 meters respectively.Then,by defining different parameters,the influences of the height of the goaf,the wind speed of the roadway and the different ratios of the air intake of the main air inlet and the reserved lane on the distribution of the three zones are obtained.In the height of 0.5-4.5m,the higher the height,the closer the oxidation zone is to the working surface;in the range of 1.5-2.5m/s,the greater the wind speed,the wider the oxidation zone will move backwards;the air intake ratio of the main road As it increases,the range of the heat dissipation zone and the oxidation zone also increases.According to the actual situation of the 12412 working face,a series of measures such as yellow mud grouting and inject nitrogen and carbon dioxide fire prevention were proposed,and spontaneous fire observation points were set up,the inspection and monitoring system was improved,and the fire prevention management measures of the 12412 working face were strengthened.Provide theoretical support to prevent problems before they happen.Figure[33]Table[11]Reference[64]...
