M enterprise is a comprehensive enterprise with the largest coal output and electric power scale in Anhui Province.It is one of the first national pilot enterprises of circular economy,environment-friendly coal enterprise and one of the coal bases of 100 million tons.Coal has been excellent quality,abundant,resource advantages is obvious.Coal and electricity are the main energy sources.Coordinated development of multiple industries will be carried out to create a development pattern of the whole industry chain of clean energy.Based on the theories of low-carbon economy,green supply chain and green supplier,this paper analyzed and studied the current situation of M enterprise’s supplier selection,sorted out a large number of relevant research literatures,and established a comprehensive evaluation indicator system of M enterprise’s green supplier based on the results of expert consultation.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and improved entropy method combined with the actual situation of M enterprise,the combination weight of M enterprise supplier comprehensive evaluation index system was determined,and the improved weighted GRA-TOPSIS method was used to build the comprehensive evaluation and selection model of enterprise green supplier.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Select the indicators and establish the M enterprises comprehensive evaluation index system of green suppliers.In follow the principle of evaluation index selection,on the basis of statistics and evaluation experts according to the literature,in combination with cable material properties and the present condition of the enterprise procurement,filter and determine the suitable for M the comprehensive evaluation index of the enterprise,from the enterprise competitiveness,service level,product quality,cooperation and development potential,cost,green six aspects ability,Set up including 33 secondary indexes of green supplier evaluation index system.(2)Determine the combination weight of comprehensive evaluation index.The empirical study was carried out in combination with the relevant data of 5 cable suppliers.According to the comprehensive evaluation index system,using the improved entropy method and AHP to calculate the objective and subjective weight,combination weights are determined.The combined weight values of each index are obtained through calculation:Asset-liability ratio(0.0225),production capacity(0.0320),technical level(0.0265),market share(0.0323),corporate reputation(0.0294),after-sales service quality(0.0237),flexible service ability(0.0234),customer satisfaction(0.0270),information exchange ability(0.0230),on-time delivery rate(0.0350),operation accuracy rate(0.0249),quality certification system(0.0295),product qualification rate(0.0299),product durability(0.0382),safety device reliability(0.0471),product improvement plan(0.0238),attitude of cooperation(0.0288),cooperation compatibility(0.0330),mutual dependence(0.0305),staff quality(0.0290),occupational health and safety certification(0.0345),R&D investment ratio(0.0255),new product R&D rate(0.0374),average product price rate(0.0230),price stability(0.0320),batch discount rate(0.0263),payment cycle(0.0434),equipment utilization rate(0.0344),investment rate of environmental protection(0.0353),green product design(0.0264),environmental certification system(0.0289),energy consumption per unit output value(0.0344),environmental awareness(0.0289).(3)Improved comprehensive evaluation model,using the weighted GRA-TOPSIS to M enterprise study on comprehensive evaluation and selection of green supplier.Through the evaluation model,the grey correlation degree and distance value of each scheme to the positive and negative ideal solution are calculated and combined,and the relative attachment progress of each supplier is obtained as follows:Supplier P1(0.5038),Supplier P2(0.4797),supplier P3(0.4574),supplier P4(0.5080),and supplier P5(0.4925).Select the best supplier according to the relative progress.The order of paste progress obtained from calculation is:P4(0.5080)>P1(0.5038)>P5(0.4925)>P2(0.4797)>P3(0.4574).Based on the principle of weighted GRA-TOPSIS method,green supplier stick progress value solution is optimal,the bigger the P4 that supplier for M enterprises to select the best green supplier,followed by P1 suppliers,followed by the P5 suppliers,P2 and P3 supplier suppliers.Figure [6] Table [35] Reference [62]...
