Electrochemical discharge machining technology is a composite machining technology that combines electrochemical machining and spark discharge machining.It has important applications in aerospace,medical equipment and vehicle manufacturing,which require high machining quality.Electrochemical discharge machining technology can be used to process some metals that are difficult to process with conventional technology,and it can also process insulating materials such as glass and ceramics.This article uses electrochemical discharge technology to conduct milling experiments on TC4 titanium alloy workpieces,and study the stability of the machining process.The main contents are as follows:1.The development history of electrochemical machining,electric discharge machining and electrochemical discharge composite machining is sorted out,their machining principles and their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the current status of domestic and foreign electric machining research and application scenarios of different machining methods are introduced.2.The experimental platform required for the experiment was built according to the needs,including DC power supply,electric spindle,motion platform,motion controller,oscilloscope,high-speed camera and corresponding supporting software.Ensure the smooth progress of the experiment.3.The micro-drill is used as the tool electrode,and the workpiece material is TC4 titanium alloy for electrochemical discharge machining.First,a single-factor experiment is carried out to explore the influence of factors such as processing voltage,electrode diameter,tool electrode feed speed and electrode rotation speed on processing.Design several sets of processing parameters,use each set of parameters to mill a 5mm groove on a titanium alloy workpiece,and use a three-dimensional profiler to detect the processed workpiece.According to the test results,the processing quality is judged,and a set of better parameter ranges are initially screened out.4.Multi-factor experiments are carried out within the above-mentioned parameters,the voltage and current data during the experiment are collected,and the discharge waveform diagram in electrochemical discharge machining is drawn to evaluate the stability of the machining process.Figure[82]Table[14]Reference[83]...
