CNC machine tool is an automatic processing equipment which can control the workpiece to the required parts by programmable program.The NC machine tool integrates the technology of electrical,computer,machinery and hydraulic.The health of the machine tool directly affects the processing quality and performance of parts.With the development of digital,modern and Intelligent NC machine tools,the causes and types of faults in the reuse of NC machine tools are diversified and complex.Therefore,it is difficult for engineering technicians to correctly diagnose and maintain the fault parts and causes of CNC machine tools through operating experience,and rely on manual diagnosis and maintenance will bring great results Time and economic losses.At the same time,it is difficult to diagnose and provide solutions for the faults of CNC machine tools accurately and efficiently because of the lack of expert knowledge diagnosis scheme of technicians.Therefore,it is very urgent to find an intelligent diagnosis method which can diagnose the electrical faults of CNC machine tools and provide solutions and develop a software system.The research object of this paper is FANUC 0id CNC machine tool,focusing on the related problems of fault intelligent diagnosis of the machine tool.The following is the specific content:1.Firstly,the structure characteristics and components of CNC machine tools are studied.The common fault types are analyzed.The FANUC system includes composition and structure.On this basis,the demand and design ideas of the expert system for machine tool electrical fault diagnosis are studied.The analysis of technology is mainly expert system and fault tree.The expert system mainly introduces its classification,structure and characteristics.This paper mainly discusses and studies the fault tree analysis process,and makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of its model.2.After the application scenario is effectively used,the fault tree model is established.Based on FANUC system,the fault tree model is decomposed by fussed method.The complex decomposition is divided into simple subtree model.At the same time,the expert knowledge base is designed,which is based on the expert system.At the same time,the reasoning mechanism of the stand tree in the fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools is studied.The establishment of fault tree and the knowledge acquisition of expert system are effectively combined.Through the full and effective use of the expert knowledge of fault tree,theknowledge base of diagnosis expert system is generated,which greatly improves the efficiency of the reasoning mechanism of the expert system.3.The expert system and fault tree are combined organically,and a special intelligent diagnosis system of electrical fault is established based on FANUC 0id numerical control system.In the experiment of tool change fault,the system is applied well,and its accuracy and reliability are verified.In view of the cutter change interruption fault,an automatic recovery method is proposed,and the problem of cutter change interruption is solved well.In conclusion,the research of this paper will provide theoretical basis and solution for the electrical fault diagnosis and maintenance of FANUC CNC machine tool,and further expand the fault type and application object of fault diagnosis.
