The quality of industrial products is not only affected by equipment and processes,but also has strict requirements in the production environment.There are more stringent requirements for the environment in the production process of flexible packaging printing.With the improvement of the market’s requirements for flexible packaging printing quality and the upgrading of flexible packaging printing equipment.While improving production efficiency,it is necessary to control production quality.In this case,the impact of workshop production environment on product quality cannot be ignored.In particular,the change of temperature and humidity parameters has the most obvious influence on the quality of printed matter.It is imminent to solve the problem of temperature and humidity detection and control in environmental parameters.This thesis uses three-dimensional simulation and other related technologies.Taking the curing workshop of flexible packaging production as an example,the visualization system of flexible packaging production environment is constructed.Based on sensor-related technologies,a temperature and humidity data acquisition and monitoring system for flexible packaging production and curing workshops is constructed.The system improves the temperature parameter control method.First,this thesis discusses digital twin technology.This thesis elaborates on the feasibility of applying digital twin technology in flexible packaging production enterprises.Then,by analyzing the composition of the actual production line,a digital twin system of the flexible packaging production workshop is constructed.Then,the temperature and humidity parameters are used as representative environmental parameters.The data collection is carried out by the single chip microcomputer,the modeling is carried out by Solidworks,and the visual scene is constructed by Unity,and a visual monitoring system is constructed.Finally,a scheme to improve the traditional industrial control method is proposed,and the simulation experiment is carried out with MATLAB,which clearly shows that the control effect of the improved control scheme has been improved.
