Polyethylene pipe in the gas pipeline application field accounts for an increasing proportion of the market,its long life,corrosion resistance,convenient construction characteristics make it can be widely used in gas,water supply and other industries.The use of polyethylene pipes is related to the parameters of the welding process,and there is currently no very effective means of monitoring the quality of polyethylene pipe welding.In general,the existing PE pipeline testing is based on the welding effect to evaluate the diagnosis of limited accuracy,low efficiency,and high cost of detection,the quality of construction personnel will also affect the quality of welding,in the case of welding quality problems can not be timely found and traced responsibility.Based on the above problems,this paper designs a set of PE pipe welding quality online intelligent monitoring system,through the identification of welders and the online diagnosis of pipeline welding parameters to analyze the quality of PE pipe welding,while the determination of welding location to improve maintenance efficiency,complete PE Intelligent monitoring of pipe welding quality.This paper analyzes the characteristics of PE pipe welding quality,and through the analysis of the current situation of the industry at home and abroad,takes the actual needs of the project as the starting point,applies embedded software and hardware development technology,diagnostic algorithm model design technology and mobile phone APP development and other related knowledge.Design and development of a set of PE pipeline welding quality online intelligent monitoring system,to achieve PE pipeline welding quality online diagnosis monitoring and intelligent management of welding information.The main research contents are:First,According to the needs of the project,the design of the overall implementation scheme of the system is completed on the ARM 9 processor hardware platform of model S3C2440 and Linux operating system software platform,and the design and debugging of hardware modules,including communication module and information acquisition module,to provide a suitable working environment for the pipeline welding quality monitoring system;Secondly,Complete the construction of the embedded Linux operating system development environment,design embedded applications to achieve multi-threaded data real-time acquisition,complete the driver design of a variety of modules including 4G communication,Bluetooth communication,positioning,identity recognition,etc.,and carry out the tailoring and porting of the Linux operating system driver module;Then,Use Java language to complete the development of mobile terminal mobile APP in the Eclipse integrated environment,complete the development and writing of the Bluetooth protocol,realize the data and command interaction between the lower computer and the mobile phone,and use the My SQL database to complete the preservation of pipeline welding information data;And then,Complete the design of the pipeline fault online diagnosis algorithm,build the fault diagnosis algorithm model,complete the training and verification of the data set,complete the network diagnosis error analysis and method improvement,and implement the algorithm on the server to achieve online real-time diagnosis of welding quality;Last,Complete the hardware and software function test of the whole system,and carry out the system joint debugging with the welding equipment.Experiments have proved that this PE pipeline welding quality online intelligent monitoring system can realize the collection of PE pipeline welding parameters,and complete the diagnosis and analysis of welding quality.At the same time,the safety and traceability of the entire welding system are improved by collecting welding joint location information and worker identity information,and a mobile APP is designed to manage the entire engineering system in real time.Through the realization of the above functions,it has a good monitoring effect on the quality of the welding joint during the welding process of the gas pipe network.
