Tubular composites have been widely used in various engineering fields for their excellent comprehensive properties.As a very important part of the production process of tubular composites,the control performance of the injection system directly affects the molding quality of pipe fittings.At present,in the glue injection system of the actual production line,each actuator is controlled independently without systematic control equipment,resulting in a series of defects such as bubbles,holes and dry spots in the pipe fittings after molding,which seriously affects the performance of tubular composite materials.Therefore,this paper combined with intelligent control algorithm to design a set of glue injection system,realize the systematic and intelligent control of glue injection process,for improving the molding quality of tubular composite material has important application value and significance.In this paper,the tubular composite pultrusion molding production line of an enterprise as the subject background.First of all,the composition of the production line and the pultrusion molding process are introduced in detail,and the causes of tubular composite defects and factors affecting the quality of molding are analyzed.According to the working characteristics of the glue injection system,the heater power and screw speed were selected as the manipulation objects,and the transfer function matrix model of resin temperature and injection pressure on the heater power and screw speed was established by using the method of system identification,and the simulation model was built on this basis.Because there are many uncertain interference factors in the actual production process,and there is a strong coupling relationship between resin temperature and injection pressure,the conventional PID control can not work well.So,this paper tries to use fuzzy PID controller to control glue injection system and design fuzzy control rules based on professional control experience.Then it is imported into the fuzzy controller provided by Matlab/Simulink.After continuous debugging,the controller parameters most suitable for the injection system involved in this paper have been obtained.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the controller designed in this paper can shorten the adjustment time by nearly half,avoid violent fluctuations of controlled variables.Finally,the hardware of the injection system has been designed,which includes controller selection and circuit design.The circuits of the injection system include the resin temperature acquisition circuit,injection pressure acquisition circuit,temperature control circuit and injection pressure control circuit,STM32 minimum system circuit.At the same time,in order for the hardware of the injection system to work normally,the software is designed.The software includes fuzzy PID control program design,resin temperature and injection pressure control program design,real-time operating system porting,display driver design and matrix keyboard driver design,signal acquisition and processing program design.
