Study On Cultivating Core Competence Of Small And Medium-sized Technological Enterprises During Growing Stage

The enterprise is a dynamic organism,every enterprise’s life cycle.In order to from survival to development to expand,it must form the core competitiveness,and constantly enhance core competitiveness,enabling enterprises to maintain the vitality of youth,from a peak to another new peak.Small and medium enterprises of China’s national economy play a decisive role in a power.However,in the economic proportion rising at the same time,small and medium enterprises to master core technology is not much however,led to a general lack of market competitiveness.On the core competence research,for the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise growth and long-term stable development provides valuable theoretical basis.In this paper,from the enterprise life cycle theo’ry,through the core competitiveness theory in the growth stage of medium and small sized enterprises in applied research,put forward to breed and promote our country science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise core competitiveness of some strategies,so as to improve the enterprise consolidation competitive advantages,so that enterprises have long-term stable development,the promotion of China’s national economy the continuous healthy and stable development.
