| Compensation management is part of a company’s strategy and culture.Perfect compensation management system helps to reduce the loss of employees,attract top talents,reduce contradiction in the company,and ensure the stability of the company.Under the influence of the reform of state-owned enterprise,the national oil price and other conditions,the oil industry is hiring fewer and fewer employees year by year.As time goes on,the aging of employees is getting worse.However,low compensation and tough working conditions lead to the increasing turnover rate,it’s not good for the stability and development of the enterprise.Therefore,a more scientific and reasonable compensation management system is needed to attract,retain and motivate the talents,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper is based on the compensation management system related theory at home and abroad,using the questionnaire survey method,the methods of integrating theory with practice and other methods.It deeply analyzed the compensation management system of basic level teams in S Logging Company,it found that the compensation management system is not scientific and reasonable,the compensation structure design is not reasonable,the incentive method is simple,and the career development channel is not enough.This compensation management for the company of S well logging company’s basic level teams has many issues,targeted to optimized design a compensation management system including analysis using the theory of the Sea’s clear the relative value of each position,according to the results of job evaluation to allocation compensation structure,solving the problem of unfair compensation distribution among various positions.By redesigning the compensation structure,it ensures that the compensation distribution of each post is more scientific.While redesigning,it puts forward the safeguard measures of policy,communication channel and training to ensure the implementation of all measures.The research on compensation management system of basic level teams in S Logging Company provides a new way of thinking for the company to adapt to adapt to the market competition and realize the development of the enterprise.It is also a beneficial exploration to the compensation management and management system of well logging industry,and provides a reference for other similar enterprises. |
