Study On The Improvement Of Rural Dry Toilet In X District Of Zibo City

The toilet revolution in rural areas is an important link to improve the governance effect of rural living environment.The sanitary level of rural toilets is a decisive factor to the well-being of the rural people and to win the overall well-off society.It is also a key component to improve the quality and efficiency of Rural Revitalization.Although some achievements have been made in the transformation of rural latrine,there are still some problems that are difficult to solve in the process of promotion.It is necessary to find out the problems through relevant investigation and research,analyze the problems and find out the countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to provide reference and guidance for the continuous promotion of rural latrine revolution.This paper reviews the research status of toilet revolution at home and abroad through literature review,collects the data and achievements of dry toilet renovation in district X of zibo city,analyzes and summarizes the main problems existing in the process of rural dry toilet renovation in district X of zibo city,and verifies and analyzes the factors that may affect the process of dry toilet renovation through questionnaires and interviews,so as to further determine the influencing factors and the deficiencies in the implementation of policies of district X.According to the analysis results,the optimization plan for the implementation of the dry latrine renovation policy is designed and put forward from the aspects of sound organization and leadership,scientific and orderly promotion,solid development of renovation,medium-term supervision,establishment of post-management and protection system and other technical optimization,etc.Through theoretical innovation,the purpose of guiding practice is achieved,which provides intellectual support for the follow-up promotion and improvement of rural latrine renovation work in district X,and also provides reference for the promotion of rural dry latrine renovation projects in other areas of the same level.In addition,it also provides safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimization plan from four aspects: mobilizing the enthusiasm of cadres and the masses,establishing capital guarantee,focusing on operation and maintenance and actively promoting the development of agriculture through science and technology,so as to further escort the implementation of the optimization plan and improve the efficiency of revolutionary management of rural toilets,so as to achieve the goal of improving the living environment of rural residents in the area,and further to assist the smooth implementation of the ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy of district X with high-quality development.
