With the development of China’s economy and social progress,automation technology has become increasingly popular in the building material production industry.The brick and tile manufacturing industry also ushered in development opportunities,gradually got rid of the backward manual production situation and moved towards mechanization and automation.The introduction of automation technology can effectively improve the intelligence of the brick and tile manufacturing production process,but the related research theories on brick and tile production systems are still weak,and there are problems such as large layout differences on the production site and process parameters need to be continuously optimized,which leads to the automation of the blanking machine control system not tall,so designing a setting machine control system that can meet the needs of brick and tile production is necessary.Relying on a building material factory in Bishan District,Chongqing,this paper studies the trajectory optimization and trajectory control of the blank,and designs the setting machine control system of the production line.First of all,according to the functions and control requirements of the setting machine,this paper combines the production of bricks and tiles and the process characteristics and work flow of the setting machine to determine the control scheme of the system,and devise a three-layer control architecture based on CAN bus management layer,control layer and field layer.Secondly,aiming at the problem of long cycle time of the production line,optimized setting machine trajectories are used to shorten the production cycle,and different setting machine trajectories are designed.Finally,the parameter design of the related trajectories is completed according to the actual project,and the rationality of trajectory optimization is proved by comparing the time consuming.Third,the design of the trajectory controller of the setting machine.This paper establishes a position servo system model based on the timing belt drive by analyzing the actuator and transmission mechanism of the setting machine.In order to solve the non-linear problems in the system,a trajectory controller based on fuzzy PID is designed to meet the system’s position and speed requirements for different trajectories.Finally,the realization of the control system of the setting machine.Combining the technology and operation functions of the setting machine,the hardware and software implementation design of the system is studied,the design of the setting machine control system is completed,and the efficient and stable operation of the blank machine control system is realized.
