| As a source to improve the efficiency of resource use and effective measuresto reduce or avoid pollutants, generation cleaner production is an effective way forthe implementation of sustainable development in China. The accomplish ofCleaner production was completed, especially by the implementation of cleanerproduction in high-cost projects. Cleaner production audits often raised manycleaner production programs, in the case of enterprises to select the technicallyfeasible but also environment, the economic benefits of a better solution, for anenterprise with limited financial resources; it is the key of cleaner productionaudits.Currently, Sort of the sum of the weights of scoring which is recommend byCleaner Production Audit Manual is usually used to the selection of cleanerproduction schemes. From the Clean production audit practice and analyzing, weknow that the current method have some disadvantages like subjectivity larger, noconsidering the importance of each indicator and can not make comprehensive andquantitative evaluation of schemes. It causes a large difficulty for the selection ofcleaner production schemes. In view of that current methods disadvantage to selectthe schemes for Cleaner Production, this thesis constructs a new evaluation indexsystem of cleaner production schemes. In the system, the weights of indicators aredetermined by Combination Weighting method based on maximizing deviationprinciple, and the Cleaner Production Schemes evaluation model is built based onImproved TOPSIS and Combination Weighting. Author also analyses the schemesof one Coal-fired power plant enterprise as an example. The research mainlyincludes the following sections:(1)On the bases of some assessment indexes and understanding of connotationand purpose of the cleaner production scheme screening, author constructs thecleaner production comprehensive evaluation index system combined with theselected evaluation case according to the scheme assessment choosing principle andresults of cleaner production assessment index system research.(2)Author also constructs the Cleaner Production Schemes evaluation modelbased on Improved TOPSIS and Combination Weighting by comparing andanalyzing different Weighting Determine and selecting of cleaner production scheme assessment.(3)Apply the Improved TOPSIS based on Combination Weighting to the cleanerproduction scheme selecting of a thermal power company in Anhui, which results inthe Scientific, comprehensive, quantitative evaluation of the cleaner productionscheme and make it easy for the company to make decision. |
