| Livestock and poultry breeding industry plays an important role in Henan agriculture,and the pollution caused by livestock and poultry breeding is also one of the main sources of agricultural pollution.In recent years,the production scale of animal husbandry in Henan Province has gradually expanded,and the pollution of animal husbandry has become more and more serious.The key point is to carry out pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding.However,the capacity of pollution control of livestock and poultry in the breeding industry is still weak.The environmental management system is not perfect,and there are also problems in laws and regulations related to environmental policies,such as positioning deviation,low efficiency of implementation,and unsatisfactory effect,especially the lack of attention to the willingness to deal with pollution in the breeding industry.In order to promote the livestock and poultry breeding industry to actively participate in the treatment of fecal pollution,based on the perspective of institutional pressure,a random questionnaire survey was conducted in Henan Province.According to the survey data of livestock and poultry breeding industry,through grouping the sample data,the binary logistic regression model was used to comprehensively analyze the impact of pollution treatment willingness of livestock and poultry breeding industry from three dimensions of "regulatory pressure","regulatory pressure" and "cognitive pressure" Noise factors.Through the analysis of its shortcomings,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions,hoping to provide some theoretical and practical experience for the pollution treatment of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Henan Province.In this paper,through the investigation of livestock and poultry breeding industry,the relationship between institutional pressure and the willingness to deal with livestock and poultry breeding pollution industry is explored.It is of great significance to make clear the key factors that affect the willingness to deal with livestock and poultry pollution under institutional pressure.Taking Henan Province as an example,based on 241 questionnaires,through empirical analysis,it is found that:(1)in the individual characteristics of farmers,the education level,cultivation scale and cultivation years have a direct positive impact on the willingness of farmers to deal with livestock and poultry pollution;the age of farmers and the proportion of cultivation income have no significant impact;(2)regulatory pressure,regulatory pressure and cognitive pressure have an impact on the intention of farmers to deal with livestock and poultry pollution We are willing to have a direct positive impact;(3)in the process of livestock and poultry breeding pollution control,if we want to better play the application effect of institutional pressure,we must make full preparation from three aspects: government laws and regulations,subsidies and government supervision,public and media supervision,publicity and training related to breeding pollution treatment,and awareness of individual farmers on livestock and poultry breeding pollution. |
