Study On The Treatment Of Life Pollution In The Construction Of Beautiful Rural Areas In Neijiang City

With the rapid development of the national economy and urban construction,the gross national product and the per capital gross national product(GDP)have grown steadily,the people’s living standards have gradually improved,and environmental issues have gradually become the focus point of governments and people at all levels,the rural environment is an important factor affecting the living and survival of rural people.At present,there are problems in the rural areas where the environmental governance infrastructure is lacking,residents’ environmental awareness is weak,and the government’s decision-making is insufficient.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to propose a rural environmental management plan in Neijiang City.The site survey,data search,multi-party visits,comparative studies,and local related historical literatures were used to systematically sort out the domestic sewage and domestic garbage in Neijiang City.This paper first analyzed the rural pollution problem in Neijiang City,based on the basic theories of multi-disciplinary majors such as urban and rural planning,pollution ecology,environmental engineering,and landscape engineering.Summed up and analyzed the problems existed in rural life pollution and the reasons behind the problems,mainly due to weak regulatory capacity,lack of overall planning,lack of environmental protection concepts,insufficient environmental protection funds,lack of environmental protection facilities,weak regulatory capacity,and extensive traditional industries.In view of the sources of pollution in rural areas,the characteristics of pollution status,and problems in pollution control,the specific conditions of Neijiang were combined with the advanced experience of current environmental governance.It was proposed to rationally allocate sewage,garbage collection facilities and transportation vehicles,improved management work systems and mechanisms,improved the physical fitness of towns and villages,established a long-term management responsibility division,accelerated the construction of pollution prevention facilities,strengthened the utilization of waste resources,and established supervision and assessment mechanisms,strengthened public education and other measures to improve the rural sewage discharge and garbage dumping in Neijiang City.The comprehensive planning of multiple governance measures was adopted to study the applicable technical routes suitable for the pollution control of rural life in our city,and to provide solutions for strengthening the ―ecological civilization‖ and ―beautiful China‖ construction in Neijiang City,and laied a theoretical foundation for practice.
