Studv On The Implementation Of The Classidication Mechanism Of The Rural Domestic Waste In The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization Construction

On July 26.2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping said:"Garbage classification is a n ew trend and a general expression of social civilization." With the rapid development of t he rural economy and the changes in farmers’ lifestyles,rural resources and environmental pro blems are becoming increasingly prominent,and waste pollution and resource waste are seriou s.This not only seriously affects the quality of life of farmers,but also restricts the further d evelopment of rural economy and agricultural modernization.Compared with the centralized a nd organized living of urban residents,the farmers’ ecological awareness is indifferent and the organizational discipline is weak.Rural waste disposal is difficult to copy the urban model.Improving the classification and disposal mechanism of rural garbage can not only fundament ally improve the rural environment and the quality of life of farmers,but also help solve foo d safety problems at the source.In addition,China’s rural area is vast,and improving the rur al environment means that China’s overall ecological environmnent has been greatly improved.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the classification and tr eatment of rural household waste.The article is based on Marxist theoretical disciplines,combined with relevant theor etical knowledge of sociology,and adopts interdisciplinary research methods.By studying t he problems in the classification and treatment of rural household waste in Zhejiang Province,the article analyzes its root causes in depth,and believes that there are mainly reasons for t he villagers’ low awareness of ecological and environmental protection,the weak awareness of public responsibility,and the imperfection of the cooperation mechanism between the parties.According to the theory of public governance,as a public environmental issue,in order to a chieve a better governance effect for rural household waste classification and treatment,the tr eatment mechanism should be improved to ensure good communication and close cooperation between the various entities within the system.Rural waste classification and treatment mech anisms are indispensable for farmers,government organizations,markets,and social welfare or ganizations.Among them,villagers,as the main body of rural household garbage classificatio n,must fully participate;the government should play the necessary supervision,guidance and guarantee functions;supplemented by the supplement of third-party social forces and market-driven benefits,a sound rural village can be established Domestic waste sorting mechanism.
