In China’s economy,the rural economy has a pivotal position,along with the sustainable,the water quality of peasants’ living,rural life habit,production and living materials have also changed,and along with the trend of rural living environment deteriorating,the current rural face the grim problem of environmental health.In particular,the disposal of rural living waste has become a top priority in front of people.In order to achieve the goal of socialist rural revitalization and practice the theory of sustainable development,the 2017 central document clearly stated the need and rural cultural environment.For this reason,the national government,so as to provide corresponding theoretical guidance and reference for Bishan District of Chongqing to build a beautiful countryside and improve the health of farmers.At the same time,it also introduces the policies and measures of Bishan district government and some results obtained.In order to study Bishan district,this paper investigated and studied nine towns in Bishan district: Batang town,Qitang town,Hebian town,Fulu town,Daxing town,Zhengxing town,Guangpu town,Sanhe town and Jianlong town.The research includes the current situation and problems of rural household garbage treatment in Bishan District,the domestic advanced experience and mode of rural household garbage treatment,some countermeasures for the garbage treatment problems,and some policies and effects of Bishan District government for the rural garbage treatment problems.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained: First of all,poor publicity effect,lack of environmental protection awareness of villagers,and insufficient treatment capacity of waste treatment station.Secondly,according to the problems of rural domestic waste treatment in Bishan District,this paper puts forward some solutions,including going deep into the grassroots to establish the waste collection and transportation system,increasing the investment in infrastructure construction,strengthening the education of villagers’ awareness of environmental protection,and improving the relevant policies and regulations and publicity and communication work. |
