Research On The Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of Environmental Collaborative Governance In Supply Chain

Along with the advancement of the governance of the environment pollution in the field of manufacturing industry,its stage has been gradually transitioned to its full life cycle through the production phase.Correspondingly,the role of governance should be gradually shifted from enterprises to supply chain as a whole.Currently,collaborative governance is an important and effective way to address supply chain environmental pollution problems.However,for now,the collaborative awareness of nodal enterprises in the supply chain is still lacking.In addition,its motivation and capability of collaborative governance is also obviously insufficient.Meanwhile,the existing research on how to promote collaborative governance and generate governance behavior of nodal enterprises is not systematic and comprehensive.This research is put forward in this background.This paper aims to explore the internal and external factors that can urge enterprises to pay attention to the supply chain environment,participate in the collaborative governance of the supply chain environment,and generate the collaborative governance behavior of the supply chain.In addition,based on the scope and form of effective influencing factors,this paper also aims to design the collaborative governance mechanism with universal supply chain environment,so that all nodal enterprises in the supply chain can actively improve their environmental conditions and work with other nodal enterprises in the chain to clean up supply chain pollution under the constraint,encouragement and support of external agents,as well as the supervision,guidance and drive of internal agents.For this reason,based on the theory of collaborative governance,using a combination of literature research and empirical research,this paper explores in three steps.Firstly,referring to the relevant factors of collaborative governance in the supply chain,the paper proposes a structural model of collaborative governance in the supply chain environment and systematically explains the possible ways and means of each factor’s influence,and then proposes relevant assumptions.Secondly,in order to test whether each factor has a substantial impact on the collaborative governance of the supply chain environment,this paper also conducts a questionnaire design and survey on the factors influencing the collaborative governance of the supply chain environment.The results show that the following four aspects will have a significant impact on the collaborative governance of the supply chain environment,namely,the government’s command-and-control regulation,the market mechanism regulation and its supervision intensity,the guidance of market stakeholders and the guidance of other nodal enterprises in the supply chain.On this basis,this paper further subdivides the supply chain node enterprises into suppliers,manufacturers and sellers,so as to compare the roles of various influencing factors in different links of the supply chain.Finally,in combination with the scores of questions and empirical research results,this paper designed the internal and external mechanism of collaborative governance in the supply chain environment,including the external government guidance and supervision mechanism,the market stakeholder guidance mechanism and the internal relationship coordination mechanism,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the promotion of collaborative governance in the supply chain environment.What’s more,it is of practical significance to improve the environmental benefit of supply chain and realize the sustainable development of supply chain.
